Visiting the studio
LV Pilates studio is upstairs within Mgym Personal Training. Please wait just outside of the studio until called in for your session. Please arrive 5 minutes early prior to your session.
Grip socks must be worn at all times. Bare foot is not allowed on the reformer machines for hygiene reasons.
We advise you to bring water with you to stay hydrated. You are welcome to bring a towel, it is especially advised for cardio reformer sessions.
All sessions must be pre booked. Payment is required in full upon booking a session. Should you block buy 10 sessions, these must be used in full within 6 months from purchase date.
For anyone attending either a Pilates or personal training session, a parQ health and safety form must be completed prior to your first session. This is mandatory for participation and can be found on lvpilates.studio. Should there be further health, safety or fitness issues arise after you complete this form, please notify LV Pilates.
Minimum age for participation in sessions is 14, but all under 18s require parent/carer consent in person at the studioj. Please get in touch for more information.
LV Pilates operates a 24 hour cancellation policy. This applies to both Pilates and personal training. If you cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance, you will be able to transfer to an alternative time/day, no refunds are given. Cancellations that are less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full, without refund.
Payment is taken in full at the time of your booking. Should LV Pilates cancel your session for any reason, then you are entitled to a full refund.
LV Pilates is committed to protecting your privacy. We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you and collect this information with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used. The below privacy information explains how we will protect your personal information. You have the right to confidentiality under the general data protection regulation act 2018.
Your personal information is collected for services provided by LV Pilates or personal training with Jen. We will collect information when you complete our registration and consent forms prior to participating in sessions. Information may be collected at other times, such as if you contact LV Pilates/Jen with queries or participate in competitions for example.
The information collected is for the purpose of creating a member registration in order for you to enrol and participate in classes or one-to-one sessions. Your full name, date of birth, address, contact telephone, email and health information will be included in the information collected. Whilst you will be able to pay for your sessions online, no banking details will be stored by LV Pilates. Session attendances will also be recorded.
We may contact you should there be new services, changes to current services or other information which we think may be of interest. Should you prefer not to be contacted by LV Pilates, please request to opt out by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we will not be able to provide you with LV Pilates / personal training services if this is the case.
You have the right to withdraw consent at any time and have your personal information erased from LV Pilates records. Should you wish to do this, please request this via email to email@example.com. Participation in LV Pilates / personal training services will cease upon removal of your personal information from our records.
LV Pilates is directed to adults and children of age 14 and above. The website is operated in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and will not knowingly collect or use personal information from anyone under 13 years of age.
Reformer machines are spaced to maintain safe social distancing. Each machine will have its own hand sanitiser, cleaning spray, Pilates ball and Pilates circle which will be cleaned at the end of every session. Personal training clients that use the gym at Mgym Personal Training will follow Mgym coved procedures.
Upon arrival at Mgym Personal Training, your temperature will be taken and recorded. Please also sanitise your hands at reception. From there, please make your way upstairs and wait in the area to the left, just outside of the LV Pilates studio.
Masks are not required but you are welcome to wear one if you wish to do so.
All visitors using the Pilates reformer machines must wear grip socks. Bare feet will not be allowed for hygiene reasons.
It is recommended you sanitise your hands before leaving Mgym Personal Training.
All session attendances are recorded irrespective of covid19 but this will support any follow ups required for track and trace purposes.
If you have been in contact with anyone who has coronavirus, please do not attend a session for 14 days from the day you were last in contact with this person.
If you have any symptoms of coronavirus, or someone you live with has symptoms, we advise that you follow the NHS track and trace procedures and arrange to get tested for coronavirus. Please follow the advice to self isolate for 14 days and do not arrange to visit LV Pilates or Mgym Personal Training during this time.
Please notify LV Pilates if you test positive for coronavirus and have visited the studio or Mgym Personal Training.
This policy is effective as of 21 August 2020.
