What do I need to wear to do Pilates?
Breathable clothes that you are comfortable in! We suggest that you avoid anything that restricts your movement ~ jeans for example is not advisable!
Socks must be worn at all times in reformer Pilates for hygiene purposes and we strongly advise that you wear Pilates grip socks as these provide the best stability and limit feet sliding during exercises.
I am not very flexible, can I still join in?
Yes absolutely! Pilates is very much about listening to your own body and working within your own capabilities. It is likely that your flexibility will improve through doing Pilates.
