Beginner Reformer

Our beginners classes are suitable for those who have never tried Pilates or Reformer Pilates before. The beginners classes will focus on giving you a full body workout at a lower intensity than our other classes, whilst learning about both the reformer machine and also how to activate your muscles to get the most out of your Pilates session. It is recommended you complete a minimum of 3 beginners sessions before moving onto another level.
