I first started pilates with Jen to strengthen my joints and improve my mental health, a few months down the line I added in 121 PT sessions to continue strengthening. Jen is amazing at listening to any concerns and finding modifications for exercises if I’m struggling with them which is amazing as well as making plans of exercise that will be the most beneficial for me. In the last few years I have become a lot stronger physically and I owe it all to Jen and her teaching!
